RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

DO I ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

WHAT DOES THE RETURN PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

To return a product , ship the product back to me on your cost. Once I receive the product I will refund your order. For the shipping address please email kylekredo@gmail.com

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

I will refund your order but ask that you pay for the shipping. Unless the product arrives with defects or you are exchanging an item, in those cases I will cover the expenses.

 

CAN I RETURN WORN OR USED ITEMS?

Would you wear a shirt someone else already wore out on the water? Don't think about it, give it to your fishing buddy instead. No Karen's please.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

Yes. If you need a different size ship me the product and I will cover the expenses. In the event that said item is out of stock you may pick another product. Please contact me with reason for exchange.
